I ordered from caskcartel and my product arrived just fine, so the actual order part was okay. The only reason I’m not rating higher is because I had a shipping question and it took longer than I expected to get a response.
Once they got back to me, the answer was helpful, so that part was fine. But because the reply was slow, the whole experience felt a little less smooth. Not terrible, just could be better on the customer service side. 3 stars feels fair.

Maybe other people have had no issues, but I ended up closing the page and buying somewhere else. If I’m spending that much on a bottle, I want the checkout to feel solid and secure, and this one didn’t give me that confidence
